Sean meets up with Geoff and gets on with sowing seeds of vegetables, flowers and makes a start on the herbs.

are you in Wales ?
My daughter was given some lettuce in a seed tape last year and it grew great, a very high germination with strong healthy plants. As I get older and the eyes get worse things like these will really help, instead of trying to sow tiny seed.
Thanks for the link. Yes, an imigrant from Russia, living in U.S. and watching gardenning videos from U.K. Anyways, awesome vids.
It looks great. I have the cherry tomatoes but i don’t know whats the brand name. I would like to know if you can help me. I have sandia, and cucamber seeds and they grow and when it starts throwing flowers, it starts dying. Now i was thinking that instead of putting it on the ground, i should put it in containers. What do you think Sean. I don’t know whats causing this. Will apreciate it if anyone can help me. Keep up the great work. Thanks for the video.
Hi! Good to read your comment. I’ve put in the description box above a link to where you can get the same sprayer from. It’s interesting to see where others are in the world.
Nice show Sean.
It is very interesting to watch your gardening videos and I am learning quite a bit from them. Here in WA Seattle, I believe we have very alike weather with lots of rain so hopefully, I can apply some of your tips and tricks for better success. I like wood chips tip for pathways and will probably do the same thing in my back yard. What was the spraying tool you used to water seed starts? Is there anything like that on Amazon?
I had sun yesterday so did some planting
Will do, but I want to see the sun first.
I’ve just added the link to the mug in the description box above. If you see the sun send it this way!
I’ve seen seeds on tape. Very good idea, but I like to do it the old fashioned way. I did look at those chives, but I’ve got loads in the garden of various types and don’t think I’ll need anymore. Some of my tomatoes are sown, but others middle of March. Love that mug where did you get it from?
Thanks Dawn. Lots more videos to come – let’s just hope the weather plays ball!
Hello Sean, I happened to come across your videos, and am enjoying them. I’m already getting spring fever. We still have snow here in Michigan but I plan on starting my seeds soon. I haven’t had a garden in a few years and am looking forward to restarting one. Please keep up the wonderful videos, I love to see others gardeners ideas and how they turn out. Thanks, Dawn.
Good luck with your new allotment Louis. I had my first allotment last year and thoroughly enjoyed it – despite the poor weather. Let’s hope my second year will be more productive than the first. lol.
Best wishes from Steve in Cornwall.
OK, I went to my local B&Q today, they were out of stock of the rock dust and so were the four nearest other B&Q’s in my area…fat lot of good that is…1

Hi Kevin, This is the first year I’ve used it and already I can see that it is helping to keep the place frost-free.
I have considered using bubble wrap on my greenhouse as well, does it make a big difference?
I am excited for more updates as the warmer weather moves into your area.
Nice video Sean. As you head into spring I am about to head into autumn. I get skittle jealous as you guys up north get ready for spring but my turn will come around soon enough.
Another good video again with useful tips good luck with your seed mats I have heard of them but never used them but will look out for them to try and then can give you feed back have a good weekend
Good luck Louis! Post some pictures on our facebook group.
getting my first allotment this weekend, no waiting at all. i’m in Bristol, excited to get started, cheers for the videos and the reply
Cheers, i looked it up on wikipedia after i asked anyway lo, getting my first allotment this weekend, excited!
Good show Sean! I’ll wait a while for starting seeds since here (Quebec, Canada) the last frost date is about the beginning of june. Sun gold tomatoes are wonderful, so sweet!
this is why I am glad I have a big back yard. 100′ x 75′!!
That seems very fair.
I have a deal with 3 allotment friends this year. They allow me to film them and I give them free seeds and plants then at the end of the year they get their own DVD film of their own journey.
Certainly is.
